Plans the week exactly as the final run would, and shows the result to listing managers so they can confirm or change each SKU's quantity before anything is final.
Emergency small parcel takes warehouse units first so a thin FBA gap is not starved by the AWD top-up. AWD then fills from leftover PA / CA / JX stock. Freight (non-AWD SKUs) takes the rest. You still get three runs — SP, LTL and AWD — each with its own manifest and Amazon files.
All warehouses builds one plan. On FBA (SP + LTL) each SKU is cut into legs of five cartons or more, because Amazon waives the placement fee per item rather than per shipment. AWD is not charged that fee, so those legs follow stock and the extra-leg carton floor only. Pinning a single warehouse reproduces the spreadsheet’s per-site manifest — it ships less for more money, and is here to compare against.
Max lines stops the run early for a quick look. It truncates rather than prioritising, so a capped run is a sample and not a plan.
Planning never contacts Amazon, and this platform never confirms a shipment on either channel — confirmation happens in Seller Central, by a person.
